Opening a support ticket enables us to effectively track your issue and answer any additional questions you may have.

Q: How do I get traffic to my site?
A: Please read the e-book titled Optimizing Your Web Pages for Search Engine Listing. This is part of your Value Added Benefits e-mail.

Q: I just placed an order for Web hosting, when will I receive my account information?
A: Your account will be setup within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Q: Someone is sending spam using my e-mail address. What can I do?
A: This is a common spam tactic called e-mail spoofing. Spammers are either randomly generating e-mail addresses with your domain extension or gathering your e-mail addresses from your site or other sources and then sending spam from the addresses. This has nothing to do with our servers.

There are several ways to counter spoofing. One approach is to not place your e-mail addresses on your web site and to be careful who you share them with. You can use this program to encrypt your e-mail address: http://rumkin.com/tools/mailto_encoder/ Contact forms are a good alternative that will keep your e-mail address secure. Another approach is setting up the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) which you can read about here: http://www.openspf.org/
